What is Cardio Kickboxing?

 

Cardio Kickboxing combines cardiovascular exercise, resistance, and interval training to give you the most fat-melting workout possible. Individually, each of these forms of exercise is powerful.  This class combines all three to get one awesome, fat-burning workout.


An hour of stress relieving, bag pounding, sweat pouring, thigh slimming fun.  Includes kicking and punching a heavy bag with gloves, core strengthening with medicine balls and resistance with bands and weights.

 

What you can expect: Basic kickboxing technique including punches, kicks, knees, speed and proper form.


Burn up to 800 calories in one hour!


Requirements:  Athletic gym shorts and shirt, and a fun positive attitude.
