R.J. Baldoni - CrossFit Manager
R.J. Baldoni is a Southern California transplant with a strong background in water sports. He grew up swimming competitively and playing water polo, eventually playing for the University of California, Irvine. Upon completion of his BA in Economics, RJ moved to Delray Beach where he was introduced to CrossFit. CrossFit quickly evolved from hobby to passion and in January 2013 RJ became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
Trent Robert VanHaitsma
Started CrossFit in 2009 just weeks after moving to West Palm Beach upon graduating college with a B.A in Biology from Ohio Wesleyan University. Obtained CrossFit Level 1 Certification in 2011. Played travel soccer from the age of 8yrs old to 17 yrs old, winning State Cup (03' & 04') and the Midwest Regional Championship (04'). Went on to play college soccer at Ohio Wesleyan University for the most winningest coach in NCAA soccer history (Dr. Jay Martin). Taught High School and Middle School in Palm beach school district from 2010-2014. Travels the country officiating soccer at the youth, collegiate, and professional level.
Originally from Wilton, CT, Jon Rudolph has always lived an active lifestyle. He grew up playing many different sports and trained Muay Thai during college at Suffolk University in Boston, MA. After graduating with a finance degree, Jon moved to South Florida to work Commercial Real Estate. At this time, Jon became exposed to CrossFit. It was a perfect balance between strength and endurance. Soon after, Jon became a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. He also pursued other certifications in USA Weightlifting, ISSA Personal Training and XPE Speed and Agility which has allowed him to work with NFL athletes and professional MMA fighters. He believes CrossFit can help build a well rounded athlete and has the knowledge to help guide others to meet their fitness goals. Jon currently manages Jaco Hybrid Training Center's CrossFit Program.
